The SME Packages grant
The Ministry of the Economy runs the SME Packages. For digital and AI projects, it reimburses 70% of eligible costs after delivery. Whether you get the grant is the Ministry's decision, not ours.
The key facts
- 70% of eligible costs are reimbursed.
- The project costs €3,000 to €25,000 excl. VAT.
- You are paid after delivery, once you have paid the provider.
- You choose your provider.
Who can apply
- Small and medium-sized businesses with a business permit and a registered office in Luxembourg.
- The grant counts as de minimis aid.
The steps, in order
- Pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship (eHandwierk for craft businesses).
- You define the package and the quote with your provider.
- You apply.
- The Ministry decides.
- The project is delivered and you pay the provider.
- You are reimbursed.
We recommend that you sign the quote only after the Ministry's decision. The official pages do not state this as a rule, but the order of the steps points that way. Check with the Ministry.
An example
Take a website project of €3,500 excl. VAT. If the grant is approved, 70% is reimbursed after delivery. Your cost is then about €1,050 excl. VAT.
How we help
Our three project packages start at €3,000, so they can qualify. We write the quote and the project description so you can use them in your application. We recommend you sign only after the decision. We cannot promise that you will get the grant.
